Maybe a silly question, but who sold the markers(to colour the finger) for the election ?
Let’s say there were 10,000 polling stations. Each one had on average 5 markers. Each marker cost Rs.200.
=10,000x5x200
=10,000,000
Rs.10,000,000 = Rs.10 Million
Wish I got to sell them !!! 
Wonder who got the deal ?
