I spent days calling and asking them if they can provide my residence with a connections. They never got back to me. Finally I had to find my way to their office in Mt. Lavinia, following which they agreed to send someone over the next day. A person did come along and after a long assessment and offering us a huge bill saying that they had to put up cables and poles announced that they can’t start work on it until Monday… Monday proved to be fruitless. Several calls followed. They don’t seem to have capable technical staff. They never called us with any regrets and hours later following many calls to various persons and numbers. I was told that they can’t provide us with the service and that they would pay a refund. So four days after taking our money and making us call them more than 10 times, we are offered a refund? The other channels may have less to offer channel vise. But please if you value any customer satisfaction go to someone with more class. Such service providers don’t deserve to be in business in this country. Poor show LBN. I hope my blog gets Dialog a few more customers.
